This program is particularly beneficial for individuals who work extended hours and struggle to relax and unwind. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to remind your body and nervous system what it feels like to be in a relaxed state, rather than a state of high alert or how to overcome over thinking or worrying excessively. Through this four-week program, you will acquire awareness and understanding, and developing new skill to manage stress as well elevating your frequency to combat stress & anxiety. Curriculum : Learning about the nervous system and how it relates to emotions Understanding and recognising body sensations & pent up emotions Breathwork & Mindfulness Techniques Breath & Movement with Fascial Flow & somatic exercises 9D Breathwork Meditation & hypnotic Affirmations How Journaling & reflection can unpack the mind and bring more clarity Building Awareness is the first steps to healing Recognising & understanding Window of Tolerance Each week we will run though and revised breathing techniques, we will synchronised breath with movement, expel excess energy that is pent up and cultivating our own source of energy through particular excercises and breath. mindfulness : body, thoughts & emotions and energy and recognising the connection to the body & mind Learning to Journalling thoughts without judgement. Join us each week as we delve into sophisticated breathing techniques, synchronising breath with movement, and liberating pent-up energy. Through tailored exercises and breathwork, you'll tap into your internal energy source. We'll cultivate mindfulness, weaving together body, thoughts, emotions and energy, and illuminating their intricate relationships. By learning to journal without self-criticism, you'll unlock a richer understanding of yourself and your place in the world. Sessions will be completed with a 9D Breathwork meditation ready to float home for well deserved nights rest.
