Anxiety results from chronic stress and suppressed emotions, and it requires a holistic approach that tackles both internal and external factors. Our workshop empowers you with practical tools for daily anxiety management. Acceptance, building awareness is the first step to healing. Learning about the nervous system and how it relates to emotions. Understanding and recognising body sensations & learning to release pent up emotions from the body. What you will learn on the day: Mindfulness & self soothing techniques Breath & Movement with Fascial Flow & somatic exercises 9Dimensional sound experience with breathwork, meditation How journaling & reflection can unpack the mind and bring more clarity Recognising & understanding Window of Tolerance At Ikigai Wellness, we are committed to help empower & inspire people to heal themselves and build a more resilient community.
