We’re conveniently located in North Sydney, just a short walk from the train station and metro.
On-street parking is free on weekends, making access easy for both facilitators and guests.

The entire studio can be hired on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, and includes:

A welcoming reception area with seating

A private treatment room

A peaceful yoga studio with capacity for up to 12 people lying down or 20 people seated

The private treatment room can also be hired separately on Mondays and Fridays, perfect for one-on-one treatments, coaching, or smaller sessions.
 

Your hire includes access to:

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters

Six massage tables

Overhead projector and whiteboard

Everything you need to create a professional and inspiring experience is ready for you.
