2. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is required at time of booking unless stated otherwise
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
• Events, workshops and retreats may have separate policies

By participating, you acknowledge:

By participating in 9D Breathwork journeys, somatic practices, movement classes or workshops, you understand and agree that:
• Breathwork and somatic movement can involve physical, emotional and energetic release
• You may experience sensations such as tingling, emotional responses, dizziness, fatigue or heightened awareness
• These experiences are a normal part of the process
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical discomfort, emotional responses or injury.
You release and hold harmless Ikigai Wellness Studio Pty Ltd, its facilitators, staff and partners from any liability arising from participation.

Breathwork and somatic practices may not be suitable for individuals with:
• Cardiovascular conditions
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis or schizophrenia)
• Recent surgery or injury
• Pregnancy (unless cleared by a medical professional)
If you fall into any of these categories, please seek medical advice before participating.
7. Results Disclaimer
Every individual’s experience is unique. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as healing, emotional breakthroughs or physical changes.
